We've added services over time to address the needs of our customers and community. Many of these services were added as part of the 2005 transformation, and are provided at no additional charge to our customers.

Will a new provider be prepared, or even want, to provide services outside of their current business model? Wouldn't it be helpful to know ahead of time what added value services will no longer be available if a new company is awarded the contract?
